I decided to try a new way to make some flowers for my quilt. I want to put some vines on later and I decided to try this method of making the flowers. I took some fabric that I had gotten during Halloween. Using a candle, I heated the fabric and let it curl on itself. I like the resulting look of the flowers and I think they will work fine for the vines. The background fabric is what I am thinking of using for some of the leaves on the vines.
